when then started the restaurant, the dim sun was great, but the quality went down over the years, however, if you order take out between 4-6, then the price is very good. |

Although the restaurant is really busy on dim sum time, I think it is way over-rated. It is popular only because it has no real competition in the tri-valley. I stopped going to this dim sum restaurant because the food was getting mediocre, and the long wait and crowd got on my nerves. I preferred a tiny restaurant in San Leandro called "East Village" but unfortunately it closed. For dim sum I now go to S.F. or peninsula. |
