I highly recommend Phil Barnett of Barnett Plumbing. He is incredibly reliable, and always shows up on time.

Good for him. That means that he either is not very busy, or he is charging a lot so as to create down time to please people like you. I recommend to him that he stop this practice. He will never please people like you.
