This is the worst music shop ever! I rented an instrument here and eventually bought it for 5 years and have come here for everything from books to repairs. I even had piano lessons here. I was really disappointed by there service and their owner/manager. I brought my instrument for a repair and asked the guy working there how much it would cost. He said that they would call for an estimate before they start working on it. A few weeks later, they called and said it was finished. I came and they charged me $56!!! and when I complained the manager said "It's not even that much money"!!! When I further tried to agrue my point that I did not authorize any work to be done on it, he just argued and talked over me like I am a little child trying to steal from him. This was a horrible experience and I recommend you NEVER shop here unless you want to pay a lot and be treated like dirt.
