Applied Arts Psychology Society

Applied Sport Psychology was founded 21 years ago by a group of psychologists who thought that psychological principles may enhance sport. Today, we take sport psychology for granted and routinely feel its effects, even if it is just on the soccer field.

Applied Arts Psychology Society will accomplish the same goals, but for Performing Artists. We will sponsor research, provide certification, and hopefully and eventually, we will raise awareness of the psychological needs of all artists, regardless of age, experience level or venue.
