After going to Christopher Michael's since the FIRST DAY they opened, their customer service has been shoddy to say the least. The colourists have been great, but the owner Michael who used to cut my hair isn't concerned with customer service nor is his front desk staff. The snooty attitudes and overpriced services have been too many to continue to go to them anymore. |
